MEDICAL DIRECTOR

  • Dr. Jessa Andrea Naringahon is a Licensed Physician and Registered Radiologic Technologist with expertise in occupational health, clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. As Medical Director, she oversees pre-employment medical assessments, complex medical case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives while coordinating internal and external audits and accreditation activities to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service excellence.

  • Committed to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement, Dr. Naringahon works closely with different specialists to develop clinical protocols, strengthen operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements. She is currently completing a Master in Management major in Hospital Administration, further strengthening her expertise in healthcare leadership and organizational management.
